What the Huanghai RBY-N does for your lab
- Built for suppositories. A purpose-built instrument for the melting, softening and dissolving time of suppositories and vaginal tablets under specified conditions.
- Three groups at once. Three test groups turn automatically and in sync in a 5,000 mL beaker, so several samples are timed in the same run.
- Inversion interval you set. The apparatus turns 180° every 10 minutes by default, and you can adjust the interval from 1 to 30 minutes to suit the method.
- Steady, protected temperature. Real-time control from room temperature to 45.0 °C at 0.1 °C resolution and ≤ ±0.3 °C accuracy, with dual over-temperature protection and temperature calibration.
- Heating that starts when you want it. Set a start time and the system begins heating by itself (24-hour reservation timer).
- Built-in data integrity. Password login, three permission levels, an audit trail with operator, date-time and type, data backup, query and USB export or printing keep every run traceable. The instrument is designed with features that support a 21 CFR Part 11 workflow.
- Sample information on call. Frequently used sample information is stored in the instrument, and records print through an RS232 printer or export to USB.
- Easier water circuit. A convenient water-circulation layout with medical-grade quick connectors, plus IQ/OQ document templates; on-site validation is performed by the end user.
